I started this blog to share ideas about garden simplicity. Olive Barn is our online garden and home store that I started back in 2000 under the name “The Urban Garden”. With humble beginnings on ebay, we have been quietly growing since 2000 while I continue to attend Texas A & M pursuing my B.S. in Horticulture. In 2003, we opened our store on the web – and wow! what a success it has been.

After graduation in 2005, I plan to devote all of my energies into the expansion of our products and services.
