My good friend,
Chris Wiesinger of Southern Bulb Company is bringing some bulbs to Olive Barn on Monday fresh from farm. We’ll have these ready to sell on Tuesday at 10am. We’re not sure what we’ll be getting yet, but as soon as we have an inventory we’ll post it. We expect Crinum and Rain Lilies and a few surprises too.
In addition, Chris will be delivering our first shipment of Red Cabin Pottery. I’ve seen these in person and the artwork is stunning. These trout platters are sure to be a favorite Father’s Day gift this year. We can’t wait to see the aprons too!
About Red Cabin Pottery: From a tiny red cabin nestled in amongst cypress trees and a timeless pond, a family dreamed up the idea to capture America’s most pristine treasures through art and porcelains. Hence, Red Cabin was born. Our ceramics are manufactured by Jersey Pottery on the small Island of Jersey off the coast of France using the finest Czech porcelains. By traveling from the rugged outback of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range in California to the majestic Snake River of Idaho, Mr. Bramble observed the trout in their natural environment, enabling him to capture the unique beauty only seen by personal encounters. The choice of quality found in Mr. Bramble’s art and Jersey Pottery’s ceramics was intentional, and has led to a practical ceramic that expresses the level of responsibility we have to artisans, honest business owners, and fair trade practices. Portions of all sales go the conservation of America’s unique trout waters and species through Trout Unlimited.
